Kids, preteens and young teenagers are invited to learn circus skills from Puppets254 for five days of day camp. We will actually teach professional skills with professional equipment!
This is a hands-on experience, with very little theory and a whole lot of practicals. This will be a guided experience where pupils gain confidence, learn hand-eye coordination, problem-solving skills, creative autonomy, and hone the much-needed skill of PRACTICE.
Pupils will then “show off” their skills in a public show for “graduation.” Even the shy ones will have a place if they would rather be behind the scenes. Because of the rigorous nature of the program and the amount of autonomy required of each pupil we will limit the age range from 7 to 13. Parents who believe a pupil who is outside of this age range would be willing and able to work with our curriculum, you may contact us and we can discuss with our trainers to make an exception.
• Class sizes are strictly limited to twenty participants per session.
• Meals are not provided.
• Drop off and pick-up times must be strictly adhered to, as we have a lot of skills to cover and our instructors run a tight ship.
