Church workers: We hope you can find a volunteer to replace your Sunday morning duties. Rest assured that we will use Sunday morning to teach classes on skills that are less relevant to your work so that when you arrive at lunch you don’t miss too much.
Our performers have taught hundreds of teachers, children’s workers, and actors how to use puppetry as a performing art here in Kenya. We continue to teach puppetry classes twice a year in Nairobi. During these workshops, we also invite international trainers as guest instructors.
You may also book us for private training workshops for your organization.
Other Classes Include:
• Balloon Sculpture
• Object Lessons (for teachers)
• Building stages, props, sets
• Directing puppet troupes
• Solo puppetry, human hand puppetry, two puppets at once
While we are generally teaching professionals to incorporate these techniques into their own professions, we can also teach “just for fun” as a team building activity or skills enhancement.
